Refund policy

Our promise to you. We want you to love your Snibboo. If something isn't right we will always do our best to make it right.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return please contact us at hello@snibboo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 working days with instructions on how to return your item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If your return is approved we will process your refund within 5-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one please contact us at hello@snibboo.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Snibboo arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@snibboo.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- A photo of the damaged item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. You will not be asked to return a faulty item in most cases.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Sale items marked as final sale
6. Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Snibboo Wholesale Returns and Refund Policy
This policy applies only to customers purchasing through a Snibboo wholesale account. It replaces the standard Returns and Refund Policy above for wholesale orders.
1. Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on qualifying wholesale orders over a specified order value.
2. Returns
We accept returns of wholesale orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If items in your wholesale order arrive damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@snibboo.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- A photo of the damaged item
We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items once returned to us at your cost, as set out in Section 4 above.
